If you are paying for therapy out of pocket, please make sure to contact your insurance company before our first session to receive information regarding your plan's coverage. Be sure to ask about your insurance’s out of network coverage, and out of network deductible for outpatient mental health services. Please let me know if you will need a superbill to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement, and I can provide you with one.
If you need to cancel, or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24-hours advance notice via phone, or email. You will be responsible for a “late cancelation fee” if you cancel within a 24-hour period. If you are more than 15 minutes late to our session together, a cancellation fee will also apply.
